| This aircraft rotor is the ellipse shear pattern, the rotor active face built-up welding wear-resisting hard alloy, the mixed iron-smelting indoor surface, on goes against the hitch active face to plate hard chromium processing, anti-corrosive, the anti-attrition, the service life is long. The rotor, the mixed iron-smelting room and on go against the hitch to use the circulation passage structure to realize proselytize the medium hotly the circulation, according to the different technique of production request, may carries on the heating and cooling through the vapor or the cooling water to the material. On goes against the hitch to be possible to exert the pressure through the air cylinder to the material, the compulsion material even mixed iron-smelting, raises the production efficiency, the rotor uses the rolling bearing supporting, maintains conveniently, the service life is long. The transmission device uses the NGW planet reduction gear, the structure is compact, the transmission efficiency is high, the noise is low, the service life is long. This aircraft after feeds in raw material, uses the mixed iron-smelting room turn over ex-denning, the cleaning material and the replacement color is convenient. The electric control system uses the conventional electric appliance, may provide the PC programmable controller control according to the user request. |
