| Air slide Fabric, Air slide Canvas, Air Slide Fabric, Polyester Air slide Fabric, Air Slide Fabric use in Cement Plant, Air Slide Belt, Air Slide Conveyor Belt, Air Slide Filter Cloth. Introduction : Air slide fabric is also named as air slide belt, conveyor belt, canvas cloth etc.It is woven by polyester yarn with durable and abrasion resistant,in 2-5 ply.Fix the air slide belt between material (above) and air-flow box(below),air flow cross the material and make the powder or particle fluidized under gas pressure, to achieve the purpose of conveying. Product range:3mm-10mm Temperature resistant:160 Permeability (10-3m3/m2.S):0.5-10 Width:max 2600mm Features: 1. Constant air permeability 2. High abrasion resistance 3. High tensile strength in warp & weft 4. High resistance to wear & degradation 5. Readily cut heat scalable so ease in fitting 6. Resistance to decay and rot prevents the formation of bacteria and fungus Applications: 1. Cement industry:cement bulk cement trucks, boats; 2. Mining:alumina, lime, fly ash, phosphate; 3. Chemical industry:soda; 4. Power:fly ash, desulfurization; 5. Food industry:flour USES INDUSTRY: Cement industies: cement plant ,bulk cement truck and ship Mining industries:aluminium, lime, coal, phosphates Chemical plants: soda Power plants: coal, desulfurize Food industry : flour Function Powder moves on the fluidization conveyor over airslide fabrics. The fluidization conveyor not have power parts. Flow is achieved by an air flow through the airslide fabrics that removes friction between powder and the air-permeating textilematerials. |
