Offer object: Completely retrofitted Portal Milling Machine type FLP-3100, having the following main characteristics:
1. TABLE:

- Longitudinal travel of table (X-axis): 11000 mm
- Transversal travel of ram on crossrail (Y-axis): 3600 mm
- Vertical travel of ram (Z-axis): 1000 mm
- Vertical travel of crossrail (W-axis): 3000 mm
- Distance between columns: 3600 mm
3. MAIN SPINDLE:
- Main spindle motor power: 60 kW
- Main spindle speed: 1500 rpm
- Spindle taper: DIN69871-ISO50
- ZF Duoplan – 2 speed gearbox
Machine will be delivered with following standard configuration:
- FANUC GE 31i-MA CNC, digital motors and drives
- HEIDENHAIN linear scales on X, Y, Z and W axis
- TELEMECANIQUE and EUROGI electrical devices
- FAG / SKF main spindle bearings
- ZF Duoplan – 2 speed gearbox
- Ballscrews on Y, Z and W axis
- ATOS, MP FILTRI, MARZOCCHI and HYDAC hydraulic devices
- METAL GENNARI telescopic covers on X axis and W axis (lower side)
- PEI below type covers on Y axis and W axis (upper side)
- Technical documentation for mechanical parts, hydraulic and lubrication installations, electrical cabinet and installation on machine and CNC equipment.
NOTE: Technical documentation can be supplied either in Romanian or
English language excepting CNC documentation from FANUC which
can be supplied only in English language.

The following works are customer scope of supply:
1. Machine foundation according layout drawings received from the owner.
2. Protection fences and barriers according the owner design based on CE security norms
Price and payment terms:
Price of the retrofitted portal milling machine FLP-3100 CNC is
1.250.000,00 EURO (VAT excluded)
OPTIONS (not included in above prices):
- Automatic birotative indexing head (continuous) P=37 kW, S=3000 rpm, ISO-50: 90.000 EURO
- Installation and commissioning of machine in customer site: To be agreed
The payment terms will be established when the contract is signed.
Delivery time: Delivery time is 1 months after contract is signed and advance payment is done.
Installation and commissioning of machine in customer site is estimated at 1 to 1.5 months after machine complete delivery.
Delivery terms: The prices indicated above are for the machine delivered ExWorks Romanian Factory – according INCOTERMS 2000.
Warranty: The owner undertakes to replace any part with defects due to design, material or manufacturing errors, which appears within 12 months from the start-up of the machine. The warranty for the FANUC GE equipment and HEIDENHAIN linear scales and encoders is 18
months.
This warranty excludes faults due to causes arising after delivery, due to incorrect handling by the user, incorrect erection of the machine, the use of incorrect accessories by the purchaser, modifications made without the approval of the owner and inadequate repairs carried out by the purchaser.
Offer validity: The offer is valid 30 days from the date of issue.
