Automatic Orbital Welding

PT Daya Panasindo Teknik Indonesia began its relationship with AMI (Gland, switzerland) in early june 2001. at the request of one of the largest Power Generation Equipment Companies, Panasindo procured some Model 207 Microprocessor controlled power supplies with the Model 96 Tube to Tubesheet fusion weld heads.
The line of Tube to Tubesheet welding equipment with or without filler is used for the manufacture of Heat Exchanger with highest repeatability of quality.
To date Panasindo has completed production welding of Titanium Tube to Tubesheets for Turbine Condenser units. The production rates exceed 600 welds/machine/day with total maintenance of quality.
