Shouguang Jinzheng Airbag co., Ltd specializes in air bag and rubber fender, which are made of raw materials that manufactured by our company. For example, the principal material of air-bag fender is cord fabric manufactured by ourselves. Based on the former gum dipping, we implement technological reform on cord fabric and pass provincial appraisal and certification of international quality management system. With stable formula and sufficient gel content guarantee, our own rubber (cord fabric rubber) is applied. Additionally, our company is equipped with rubberizing machine (four-roller calender), which ensures strong stability to the production of air bag and fender. All above cannot be realized by other companies in the industry.
In terms of production technology, our technicians summarize a set of effective technique and develop many special technologies; and the production equipment is improved than before. What¡¯s more, we are thankful that Mr. Qiao Changlin carefully directs our production. Therefore, our product quality is guaranteed from production technology to raw material.
Our products are sold all over the country and exported overseas. At present, many countries and regions come to China and order air bags and fenders, such as America, Russia, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, India, Vietnam, Turkey, Indonesia, Singapore, and Taiwan, etc. Air-bag application upsurge makes improvement in the tonnage of ship upgrading and launching, from the past dozens of ten tonnages, hundred tonnages, and thousand tonnages to the current thirty thousand tonnages. In our country, there are about 4,000 big and small shipyards, most of which have introduced this new technique with less input and quick return. It brings favorable economic and social benefit for these enterprises. Fenders have been used effectively on the dock and boats. We promise that the product will be maintained and returned due to quality problem within one year; and we provide maintenance technology for free and the required raw material for equal value after one year.
